A provisional booking date may be taken and held by telephone, e mail or fax pending receipt of the completed booking information and payment of the deposit or payment in full if appropriate. Only the persons named in the booking are allowed to stay in the house. Florida law prohibits sharing, subletting or assigning. Any person not shown in the booking form will be asked to leave

1. A deposit of ($200)  is required to confirm the booking. Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit will be non refundable but will be deducted from the full rental due.

    

2. The full amount less the deposit is to be paid not less than 12 weeks prior to the date of departure. Bookings made within 12 weeks of departure are to be paid in full at the time of booking. Full details and access to Abbeyvilla will be sent to you after full payment has been received.

    

3. Cancellation. Any cancellation is to be made in writing. If made between 4 and 12 weeks from departure 50% of deposit will be returned; otherwise forfeited.

    

4. Arrivals/Departures. The rental commences at 4pm on the day of  arrival and ceases at 10am on the day of departure. The property is cleaned before arrival and again on departure. All rentals are inclusive of electricity, water and local sales taxes. A telephone is available and calls to USA and Canada are free but you need a pre paid phone or credit card for long distance or international calls.There is free wireless internet at the villa.

    

5. The owner or their agent does not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects whatsoever. In addition, the owner nor the agent accepts any responsibility for loss, damage or changes by force majeure ( eg strikes, floods, airport closures, weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.)

    

6. Pool heating is optional. This may be requested at the time of booking. The owners cannot guarantee the exact temperature of the pool as this may vary due to a variety of reasons including the weather.

    

7. Inventory. The inventory is checked by the management company. If any item is missing or broken, guests are requested to contact the management. A credit card imprint is taken to cover damage or loss.

        8.  Swimming Pool
         We do not accept any liabilty for any injury however caused as a result of using the swimming pool. No diving is
         permitted. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Security alarms are fitted to all doors
         leading on to the pool area. It is an offence under Florida law for anyone to tamper with or disconnect installed
         pool alarms.

         Pool heating is a extra, please advise at time of booking. Highly recommended for winter months October - 
         March.
         To maintain  the pool temperature, the pool cover must be used when the pool is not in use.

         During your stay it is required that when the villa is unoccupied and last thing at night all required security
         measures are implemented, also that the patio doors bars are in place. Secondary locks on all other doors are 
         also to be used.
